Terms of use

parkweldon.net ("Park Weldon Meeting Lot") is run by WeldonPC.com. By using it you agree to these terms.

What it is

A web page where a team keeps the side topics of its meetings and what it decided about them. It does not run your meetings, send messages, or check what anyone does after the meeting.

Your lot

A lot is opened by its private link. Anyone holding the link can see, change and delete the lot, so share it only with the people in the meeting. We cannot recover a lot whose link is lost, and we cannot tell who holds a link.

Type only what the meeting needs: first names, short notes, dates. Do not put passwords, customer data, health or financial details, or anything confidential in a lot.

The Lot Pass

The Lot Pass costs $1.95 a month or $19.50 a year (US dollars) and adds the features listed on the pricing page. When payments open, the Pass will be paid through PayPal and will renew each period until you cancel in PayPal; it will then run to the end of the period already paid. If something goes wrong with a payment, write to the address on weldonpc.com and we will put it right. While the site is in preview nothing is charged.

Fair use

Do not try to break or overload the site. We limit how many lots and saves one connection makes per day.

No warranty

The site is provided as it is. We take care to keep it running and backed up, but we do not promise it will always be available. Keep your own copy (the recap or the CSV) of anything you need.

Changes

We may change these terms or the prices; a price change never applies to a period you have already paid for.
